With a degree in Advanced Computing and a few years of experience in IT Consultancy, I’ve had the chance to work on some exciting projects in data engineering and web development. I’m always looking for innovative ways to solve problems and streamline processes, whether it’s analyzing data to uncover insights, building data pipelines, or developing seamless web applications. Transitioned from data analytics at Westpac to building proof-of-concept projects in the GenAI space. Developed Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with key features like hallucination detection, content moderation, and traceability, ensuring secure and compliant AI solutions.

Automated processes for generating customer profiles and remediation data, improving the efficiency of multiple concurrent projects. Supported the monthly delivery of remediation figures for audit and payment purposes, streamlining operations across teams using SQL, SAS, and Teradata. Contributed to the successful completion of 50+ remediation projects, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

Engaged in multiple remediation projects within Westpac, focused on identifying impacted customers and calculating remediation amounts due to product-related errors. Utilized SQL, SAS, and Teradata to develop scripts and generate reports that drove accurate compensatory payments. Delivered key projects, including Multi-Incident Remediation and Deregistered Companies Remediation, while collaborating with business analysts to meet regulatory requirements.

Implemented a cloud-based logging module to enhance traceability for MLOps workflows. This work utilized technologies such as GCP Cloud, Vertex AI, Cloud Logging, BigQuery, and Kubeflow Pipelines. Improved operational transparency and enabled more efficient monitoring and debugging of machine learning models in production.

Participated in the Cognizant Servian graduate program, contributing to the development of a proof of concept for a research tool that integrated data from sources like Medium, Crunchbase, and YWCombinator. This project enhanced users’ ability to research and analyze industry trends effectively. Gained foundational consulting skills while expanding technical expertise in data scraping and integration.
